Ocean Academy SUP Training Club 

Back for Year 3 - With DOUBLE the On-Water time!

This year, Ocean Academy SUP Training includes either 8, 16 or 24 group training sessions, with Coach Brent, programmed by Candice Appleby.

Want to improve your paddle technique? Work on balance? Thinking about doing your first race? Want to improve your race results? Or just want to get on the water and use your SUP for and awesome training session?

Let's do it together! In Ocean Academy SUP Training, you will learn valuable information on how to use SUP as a training tool, as well as technical skills that will help you perform better on race day

Topics that will be covered include; interval training, race starts/finishes, drafting, pacing, turning and course management. This is not a typical clinic. This is a training session that will highlight a particular topic during each interval training session. Come prepared to train hard, gain experience, make friends, and build confidence so you can perform your best on race day.

*NOT FOR BEGINNERS – MUST HAVE HAD AN INTRO LESSON OR PRIOR PADDLING EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY PADDLE 4KM*

****Tusedays will be optional - There will be a group workout from 6:00 - 7:30pm - If you can't make it, workout will be sent to you to do on your own time****
